Warranty Policies

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. grolta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the purchase of this product. This limited warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications and/or external causes such as acts of nature. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any other product used in connection with this product. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product. This warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage due to misuse of the product. grolta will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, any part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, grolta may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the damaged product. This refund warranty does not cover all missed small pieces for our items. The refund warranty will be done within 1 day after we receive the returned original items. No warranty is provided for missed small pieces parts for 60 days after the order date. Any labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, install or remove this product are not covered by this warranty. Grolta shall not be liable for any damage to the product resulting from reasonable wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect or improper or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions. Grolta s recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be made available for all warranty claims. Parts and Finish: All parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes purchased from grolta are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer/purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed. Or, for commercial purposes, one (1) year from the date of purchase. Electronic Parts and Batteries:(if applicable) Electronic parts (other than batteries or led light by water power motor), if any, purchased from Wonderland Showers are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase or, for commercial purposes, for one (1) year from the date of purchase. No warranty is provided on batteries and led lights inside shower heads. What We Will Do: grolta Company will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period (as described above), any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and/or service. If repair or replacement is not practical, Wonderland Showers Company may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are your exclusive remedies. What Is Not Covered: Any labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, install or remove this product are not covered by this warranty. the warranty won't cover the item that got partial refund. grolta Company shall not be liable for any damage to the faucet resulting from reasonable wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect or improper or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions. grolta Company recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair. We also recommend that you use only genuine groltareplacement parts.

Lifetime limited warranty is for rough in valve body, 5 years warranty is for parts such as shower head and shower hose. 1 year warranty is just for cartridges. if the issue is not from our quality, the part will be charged by cost price.
